You can (and should) book for brunch in the dog-friendly courtyard for their signature green machine ofmint and dukkah zucchini fritters flanked by eggplant chutney, grilled buffalo mozzarella and salsa verde; eggs benedict with pulled beef brisket and bacon crumbs and fresh juices. Or if you’ve done damage visiting distilleries, roll in later for the succour of buttermilk fried chicken burger tacos a brew – coffee or beer – to fix what ails you.
