Navigate a hefty menu, including multiple banquet options and Saturday to Monday yum cha, to discover comforting classics (hello, prawn toast) alongside new favourites: a sassy chunk of delicately crusted eggplant stuffed with prawn mousse. Go trad with kung pao chicken or try typhoon shelter king prawns under an avalanche of spiced panko crumbs, black beans adding a funky salty hit.
