Watsons Bay Hotel

Pub dining$$

When the sun is shining, it’s a safe bet this hotel – with its harbour views and chic umbrella –will be rammed. The glam, whitewashed pub is at its best on a blue-sky day, but there are still good times to be had during winter when you can be warmed by grilled prawns and lunch with bottomless drinks. Renovations to the top and mid-decks have increased capacity, so you’ve got an even better chance of nabbing a spot in the sun.

Best for: Sunset spritzes with a bucket of prawns.
