Say Cheese
For Filipino and El Salvadorian-inspired sangers in Trocadero Arcade.
Say Cheese
Contemporary$
Tucked down historic Trocadero Arcade, this happy hangout is serious about curds and carbs, taking notes from its owners Filipino and El Salvadorian roots. The classic grilled cheese (one of 12 sandwiches) uses mozzarella, cheddar and provolone, sparked up with chilli flakes and mustard seeds. Horchata, the milky spiced rice drink, is available hot or cold.
Good to know: Live music, mini markets and workshops platforming local creatives occur regularly – check the shop’s Instagram to stay up to date.
