Bar Selecta

Japanese$

A Tokyo-style listening bar in a suburban laneway.

Inspired by the pint-sized listening bars of Tokyo, this surprise of a laneway bunker has just 10 stools, though numbers can swell across the courtyard and private room. Speakers blast everything from 80s pop to offbeat jazz, and classic cocktails get a vibrant remix with colourful small-batch Japanese spirits. An instant hit.
