Ingredients
100g desiccated coconut
200g dark chocolate
350g cherries, stem attached
Method
- Sprinkle the coconut on a tray and place in a 180C oven for about 6 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over gently simmering water. Dip the cherries into the chocolate then roll in coconut. Place on greaseproof paper and refrigerate.
