This mixed, summery red wine drink is a Spanish favourite that would make a perfect addition to your Christmas table.

Ingredients
orange and lemon slices
750ml red wine (or non-alcoholic red wine)
400ml lemonade
350ml soda water
50ml dry vermouth (optional)
Method
Fill two large pitchers with ice and add orange and lemon slices to each. Divide the remaining ingredients between the pitchers and stir. Serve immediately with ice and extra orange and lemon slices for your guests’ glasses.
