Diggy Doos

Cafe$

Where the barista is always friendly, and the coffee is always excellent.

If there were ever a cafe capable of convincing you to spend $15 on a hand-poured cup of filtered single origin, it would be this one. This is the underground heart of Sydney’s specialty coffee scene – an inclusive place where coffee nerds and corporate types converge among mad scientist brewing equipment, ceramic cups and homemade cookies in hand.

Good to know: Visit Thursday or Sunday, when Yuki Bagels pops up with turtle-shaped matcha bagels.
