Hidden behind an escalator in the gacha machine ground-zero that is Regent Place, you’ll need to book this dark black-on-charcoal bar online or try your luck at the door. There isn’t a cocktail list, but owner-bartender Wen Wang and his team will ask you what you like to drink and build something excellent from there. The martini work is particularly impressive, as are the tea-infused drinks and rare whiskies.
