Filipino$

A love-letter to the Philippines and its laidback drinking culture.

The upstairs offshoot of good time diner Askal has a clear mission: to put Filipino drinks in the spotlight. This means ube and tapuy rice wine appear in smashable, brightly-hued drinks, and an irresistible chicken-skin sandwich sings with lemongrass and makrut lime. A casual rooftop space and city views complete the package.
