Former Universal chef Yu Sasaki's hard-to-find cafe (next to Berta) is the east-sider's go-to place for exquisite macarons. The same intuitive flavour balancing and care goes into the Single Origin Roasters coffee and fabulous sambos - smoked salmon, soft-boiled egg and tartare - and croque-monsieur toasties of Black Pig ham, Heidi Farm gruyere and spinach.
