This New York-style bar serves negronis in three colours.
You’d think opening something as specific as a negroni bar would mean a fairly limited cocktail offering, but nope. This basement boozer, from the Cantina OK gang, offers a range of negronis that go beyond gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. Heck, there’s even a purple version with the addition of dragonfruit and raspberry eau de vie. Beaut vibes and amaro line-up, too.
