The sequel to Caretaker’s Cottage opened mere metres from the original just as the Guide was going to press. Taking over the old Troika Bar, it’s loosely inspired by bodegas in Spain where sherry is the hero. Warm lighting, wood-panelled nooks and smooth sounds complement a sharp selection of cocktails poured by an all-new team, bringing a dormant pocket of the city roaring to life.
