Pearl Chablis and Oyster Bar

French$

No prizes for guessing what this hideaway is all about. Ridiculously fresh oysters of varying ages and regions sit in a glass cabinet on the bar, ready to match with one of many bottles of premier cru. Accomplished bar snacks are also worth a look: scallop tartare on doll-sized potato cakes, or smoked mussels in saffron vichyssoise. The tiny turquoise and marble space feels like a hidden sea cave, in line with the oceanic theme.
