"I know a predator when I see one."
She also talks about the importance of tackling structural inequality in the wake of George Floyd's death, the devastation of a virus that doesn't discriminate, and the need to rebuild the economy.
She concedes that the road ahead isn't easy - and admits "we will stumble" - but asks voters for their faith.
In echoes of Obama, Harris also talks of her hopes for the future, telling Americans that they are the key to a better future.
"We have a chance to change the course of history. We're all in this fight. You, me, and Joe together.
"What an awesome responsibility. What an awesome privilege. So let's fight with conviction. Let's fight with hope. Let's fight with confidence in ourselves, and a commitment to each other, to the America we know is possible."
