The brave commentary teams...

still rattling off stats at this time of night. They've been stoic today trying to conjure interest in what has essentially been eight hours of Tyson v Pete McNeeley. Spoiler alert: It did not end well for McNeeley. I've attacked video evidence.

There's the 150 for David Warner

By

He got 150 in Brisbane, now gets one in Adelaide and and looks like he wants a massive score. What a pounding this has been on day one of this Test.

Crazy running from the Australian pair...

By

Matched only by the diabolical fielding from Pakistan. That's been the order of the day. Just needed a throw in the same postcode as the stumps and Labuschagne was gone. It did not happen. He is not out. Australia are 1/279 and like the Pakistan fielders, I am ready for a good lie down.

And a tragically bad review to top off the day for Pakistan

Yasir with the shout on Warner, not out, convinced his skipper to have another look. Turns out it was not out because it came off the face of the bat. Dear oh dear

Yasir Shah back for a final crack at the Australians

He's got 0-66, sure he'd love to dislodge one of these lads before stumps. Would we love that to happen as well, just so something actually happens? Thought has crossed my mind.

If this was an NRL game

Pakistan would be up to the part where they take three minutes to get up and play the ball after every tackle. Not because they are winning but because they can't be bothered to run anymore. Have to feel for them but hard not to think they are out of their depth on this tour. Australia 1/257.

Century up for Labuschagne....

By

Flicks it away off his pads and that's his second Test century and his second in as many outings. Great knock, he's happy as well. He's well and truly arrived and it's 1/232 and essentially game over.

Close for Labuschagne...

By

Smashes one down the ground, drops a cm inside the boundary and he moves to 98. He thought he'd done it there but complete disdain for the bowling at this point.
