The Golden State Warriors are the NBA Champions
By
It ends 105-97 and for the first time in 40 years, the NBA title heads to the Bay. It's their fourth title overall and they will be rocking and rolling on the West Coast tonight. Best team all season and despite a quality and admirable Cavs fight in the finals, deserved to be crowned as the kings of world basketball.

Smith misses that one and the Warriors back to the line. Iguodala to the line. Is he the finals MVP? He's been solid as a rock. Gets the pair and the lead is seven with 18 seconds to play. James has the OPEN LOOK... short-arms the three. Warriors back at the line but now they know they are going to be the champs. Just 10 seconds left. One of the best NBA seasons of all time for the Warriors and now they get the prize.

THREE for JR Smith! Four-point game with 32 seconds to play! Wow! What a shot! It's 101-97 as Curry goes to the line again with 29 seconds on the clock. Unbelievable from Smith. Needs three guys in his face to hit from outside.
Curry gets one... lead is five. And another... lead is six.

Don't forget no Kevin Love either for the Cavs. We'll see what moves they make in the off-season but they look as if they can contend again next year, after LeBron sleeps for about a month. Delly gets to the line for a couple before Curry tries a ridiculous shot and actually misses. Lead is nine with one minutes remaining.

James taking all the shots but can't bury a thing. Now Curry drives and scores... it's 98-85 as Delly calls the time out. The Warriors cruising to the NBA title. Cavs have given up the ghost now... that Curry lay-up was uncontested.
