Influencer Nadia Bartel lists Windsor home for $3m to $3.2m
Melbourne influencer and fashion designer Nadia Bartel is selling her four-bedroom Windsor home, with price hopes of at least $3 million.
The red-brick Edwardian was initially listed with a price guide of $2.9 million to $3.15 million price guide. The guide was revised upward to $3 million to $3.2 million late on Tuesday afternoon.
The 40-year-old bought the house for $3.15 million in December 2020, public records show, just a few months after selling the St Kilda home she owned with her ex-husband, former Geelong Cats player Jimmy Bartel, which sold for $3,915,000 in October of that year.
The median house price for Windsor is $1.4 million, Domain data for the December 2025 quarter shows. The median price has only risen 4.1 per cent in the five years since she purchased the property, as parts of Melbourne’s family home market have tracked sideways.
Listing agent, Jellis Craig Stonnington’s David Sciola, declined to comment when contacted.
Sitting on a corner block, and surrounded on three sides by lush, landscaped gardens, the home features period-appropriate lead-light windows, polished floorboards, a tessellated-tile veranda and ornate cornicing.
A modern kitchen, with integrated modern appliances, and rear open-plan, parquet-floored living area, complement the period features.
While Bartel announced plans to renovate the home in April 2022, photos on the listing suggest it remains in the same updated condition it was in at the time of purchase.
Bartel is a model, host of the online streaming show Ticker Business Learnings, and the co-owner and designer of Australian fashion label Henne.
She married Jimmy Bartel in 2014, and the pair had two children before announcing their separation in 2019, divorcing in August 2021.
The home is going to auction on March 21.
