Yarra City Council: What your candidates said
Yarra residents are voting for the councillors they want for the next four years.
The council has nine wards represented by one candidate each, and voters will choose among 50 candidates.
The Age sent questions to each of the 50 candidates up for election in Yarra about why they are running and what they want to accomplish if elected. Of those, 35 responded.
