Hobsons Bay City Council: What your candidates said

Hobsons Bay residents are voting for the councillors they want for the next four years.

The council has seven wards represented by one candidate each, and voters will choose among 26 candidates. The outgoing mayor is Matt Tyler.

The Age sent questions to each of the 26 candidates up for election at Hobsons Bay about why they are running and what they want to accomplish if elected. Of those, 14 responded.
