It's time we head out to work out what really happens in Canberra on a Tuesday evening.

Before that, what did we learn today?

Another jumpin' evening of estimates is coming up.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics, the Mint and Department of Veterans' Affairs are all due to appear.

Personally, it will be difficult to pick between estimates and What Really Happens in Bali.

The Prime Minister is squeezing in a bit more travel at home before he goes overseas.

He will up in Sydney tonight for the "Champions of the West Awards Ceremony". 

He'll be at that palace of political appearances, the Rooty Hill RSL.
