And also before we go, in breaking news, the Department of Parliamentary Services has announced there will be "full physical security screening" for all Parliament House occupants "until further notice".
Disability advocates have warned against any delay to the full rollout of the NDIS.
Every Australian Counts campaign director John Della Bosca says any delay to the rollout would leave Australians with disabilities and their families struggling without the support they needed.
"The starting point for any conversation about the NDIS has to be focused on the real crisis."

"Whilst in this place, I shall do all I can to oppose this trend. Environmental fanatics are not omniscient geniuses: they don't know enough to tell other people how to live their lives any more than I do.
"Indeed, they are the same people who engage in anti-GMO pseudoscience, pseudoscience that is not just nonsense, but murderous nonsense."
