Police called to Belle Gibson's house
Updated ,first published
Police have been called to cancer conwoman Belle Gibson's Melbourne home after a complaint about media harassment.
It follows a front page report in the Herald Sun in which Ms Gibson was photographed outside her Northcote house and sitting in her car.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman confirmed police attended a Northcote property just after 9am on Wednesday following complaints about a large group of media "causing a disturbance".
"Police attended the scene and no offences were detected," the spokeswoman said.
"There will be no further investigation."
It is understood that police have left the house.
Ms Gibson has kept a low profile since admitting she faked curing herself of terminal brain cancer.
The 24-year-old, who recently moved to Northcote from Elwood, is being pursued through the courts by Consumer Affairs Victoria for allegedly misleading and deceptive conduct.
