Motorists warned of peak delays after inner-city rollover leaves one injured

Brisbane motorists were warned to expect afternoon peak delays after a car rolled on a major inner-city intersection.

Emergency services were called to the Normanby five-ways just before 4pm after reports of the incident, which had blocked the right outbound lane and strewn debris across others.

Disruptions continued until the scene was cleared before 7pm.

The male driver, suffering minor injuries, was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a stable condition after being removed from the wreck.

Police and fire crews remained at the intersection into the evening and were advising motorists to avoid the area.
