Covers come off museums
The longest winter for the state’s museums and galleries is coming to an end. Curtains were drawn June 26 on the city’s lively cultural beating heart, for an initial short, sharp two-week lockdown that dragged out three months. But from Monday the covers come off on exhibitions, new and those that were cut short, with interiors gleaming from spring-cleans and renovations that took place under the cover of lockdown.
