Body found in water in Sydney’s east

A body has been found floating in the sea at Watsons Bay in Sydney’s east.

Marine police were called about 10.20am on Thursday after receiving reports of boating debris floating in the water.

Police then recovered the body.

Any witnesses or anyone with information has been urged to contact the Marine Area Command on 9320 7499 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
