Truck crash closes Federal Highway lanes

A truck has rolled on the Federal Highway at Sutton, closing southbound lanes while the scene is cleared.

Emergency services responded to reports a Hino truck had rolled in the southbound lanes of the highway about 7.20pm on Wednesday, a NSW Police spokesman said.

The scene of the crash is about 500 metres from the Eagle Hawk Hotel.

Fire and Rescue crews are at the location attending to a large diesel spill.

ACT Ambulance paramedics are also on the scene, however it is unclear if anyone is injured.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and allow extra travel time.

One patient was tramsport to the Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
