Canberra teenager found after going missing for nearly a week

A teenage girl who was missing in Canberra for nearly a week has turned up safe and well.

Before she was found on Thursday, the 16-year-old had not been seen about 2.45pm on May 18.

Police said they wanted to thank the community for their help in locating the girl.
