NSW Police has just tweeted that it is investigating the brawl between James Packer and David Gyngell, outside Packer's Bondi home on the weekend.
Despite earlier saying it was not looking into the brawl, which was photographed and filmed, NSW Police tweeted just minutes ago that it was investigating.

The story on Canberrans shunning AFL games is certainly generating a lot of discussion on the site this morning.
Is it the cold? The prices? The lack of a real local team?
The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse will be holding a community forum in Canberra this evening, in cooperation with the ACT Council of Social Services.
Royal Commission chief executive Janette Dines said the forum provided an opportunity for individuals and communities to learn more about the Royal Commission.
“We strongly encourage all survivors who wish to share their story, particularly in a private session with a Commissioner, to make contact with the Royal Commission by phone, email or in writing,” she said.

Ms Drake said ACTEW Water believe the problem has been fixed and water has returned to usual quality standards, although investigations into the cause of the incident will continue.
She said the discoloured water reported on Monday night is normally nothing to be worried about but she encouraged people to avoid using their washing machines if their water supply is still discoloured.
Nicole Judge, a worker on the island, said she was "shocked and distressed" at the conditions on Manus Island when she arrived in September last year to work in a general support role.
In the three months Ms Judge was on the island, she claims in the submission to the Senate inquiry there was sexual activity in the so-called "rape dungeon" in one of the compounds and was told by the guards to carry a "rape whistle" whilse inside the centre.
Detention centre: Guards at Manus Island have been accused of violence, racism and sexual abuse against detainees.
