Dead funny
Gavin was such a joker that he’d subtly kick street poles before yelping and holding his head.
Preparing meals, he’d pretend to sever a finger, screaming as he held up a tomato sauce-covered hand. Once, at dinner, he spilled everyone’s wine when he clutched his chest and toppled dramatically off his chair.
Then there was the day his family returned home to find him belly-down on the kitchen floor.
For hours, they skirted around him before they realised.

He would’ve hated to hear that, at his funeral, he was remembered as funny peculiar, not funny ha-ha.
