Favourite colour The sky at midnight. It’s more than just a colour, it’s also a feeling and a mood.

Favourite exercise routine I love working out with a trainer because it’s incredible for my mental health and really sets my day up for success and puts me in a good mood.

I never the leave the house without Polaroid photos of my kids and my fave pair of Vada shades, especially with the Texan sun – it’s beautiful and golden but I do need to see where I am going.

How do I soothe dry, scaly legs?

The outer layer of dead skin is thickest on legs, which is why they are prone to itchy dryness in winter. Begin by dry-body brushing, then use an exfoliator in a warm shower to remove dead cells. Finish with Embryolisse Beauty Oil (adorebeauty.com.au, $47) for hydration.
