Dr John Chappell is Scitech’s chief executive officer. With a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Queensland, the early part of John’s career was as a research chemist in the resources sector, before working in senior roles with the Australian Institute of Marine Science. John is passionate about inspiring all Western Australians to engage in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
