David Warner, Steve Smith and Michael Clarke excelled with the bat, but for all that dominance, India's late surge with the ball has shifted the Test back in the balance.

Michael Chammas will be in the chair tomorrow as Steve Smith resumes on 72, while the big question is will Michael Clarke return to the crease.

The new ball has worked for India. Three wickets has shifted the game back towards them particularly if Clarke is unable to return to the crease.
